Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good English language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Profound knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies, including Containers, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms, and Virtualization
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Linux-based environments
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
- Practical experience handling L1, L2, and L3 technical support activities
- Prior exposure to regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Banking is a strong advantage
