Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth technical operations across international workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, software, and IT systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity problems.
- Manage IT helpdesk tickets, incidents, and service requests.
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to end users.
- Maintain technical documentation and incident reports.
- Coordinate with IT, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex issues.
- Follow IT security policies and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and IT service desk tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and multicultural environment.
