Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Document and track customer issues in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Educate customers on product features and usage best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
