Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Bca , Btech or Mca
2-3 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
