Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Support Analyst Associate to provide support for data and voice network environments, with a primary focus on network monitoring using SolarWinds.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data and voice networks using SolarWinds
  • Support Broadband, MPLS, Ethernet, 4G backup, LEC/CER, CSU issues
  • Assist with Cisco Nexus routing & switching, Cisco VPN
  • Support F5 LTM, Load Balancing, ADC
  • Work with SD-WAN (Viptela), DNS, and Firewalls
  • Perform patching and basic maintenance activities
  • Assist in voice system configuration and administration (Avaya, CMS, NICE/WFM)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
