KGiSL is hiring L1 Technical Support Analyst for Bangalore Location, Hybrid.

Job Description:

  • Experience: 13 years in Information Technology or foundational computer knowledge, with a proactive attitude toward expanding skills and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical experience with Linux Operating Systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Completion of relevant technical coursework, certifications, or IT-related studies.
