We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Tech Support Staff member to streamline our internal workflows and provide essential back-office assistance. This role focuses on operational accuracy, data integrity, and cross-departmental coordination rather than sales or lead generation.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations: Execute daily tasks following established SOPs to ensure seamless internal processes.
- Data Management: Update and maintain client and vendor records within Zoho CRM and internal tracking logs.
- Documentation: Organize secure files on OneDrive/SharePoint while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Reporting: Utilize Advanced Excel (pivots, formulas) to prepare operational summaries and data analysis.
- Communication: Coordinate with teams via Microsoft Teams/Email and handle member inquiries professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Language: English - Professional working proficiency with good command over speaking.
- Technical: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a quick learner of new digital tools (Zoho, Mapsly).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational habits and the ability to follow structured workflows independently.
