Job Summary The Technical Specialist in Test/Interface/UC Board Bringup plays a critical role in designing and delivering innovative solutions for product and sustenance delivery. This position requires a deep understanding of test interface technologies and brings together expertise in board bringup and validation processes. The specialist will lead a team to ensure adherence to high-quality standards while fostering knowledge growth and implementing best practices to meet client requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Architect And Develop Test And Interface Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery, Ensuring Alignment With Project Specifications And Quality Standards Through Effective Team Collaboration.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Test/Interface And Uc Board Bringup, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To The Team And Stakeholders.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Up-Gradation By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies, Thus Maintaining The Relevance And Quality Of Solutions Delivered To Clients.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members To Build A Skilled Workforce In Test/Interface Technologies, Ensuring Risks Associated With Delivery Are Mitigated Through Effective Knowledge Transfer.
5. Gather Detailed Specifications From Clients And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Leverage A Strong Understanding Of Domain Technologies And Client Needs.
6. Review And Evaluate Project Deliverables To Ensure Compliance With Predefined Standards And Recommend Improvements As Necessary.
7. Identify And Recommend Initiatives For Client Value Creation, Implementing Industry Best Practices In Test/Interface And Uc Board Bringup Methodologies. Skill Requirements 1. Excellent Proficiency In Test/Interface Technologies And Uc Board Bringup Processes
2. Strong Understanding Of Pcb Design Tools And Their Application In Testing
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Design Verification And Validation Methodologies
4. Ability To Lead Teams And Manage Complex Projects With Strategic Thinking
