Technical Specialist - Network & Security

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
• Perform kernel patching and add storage based on database team requirements.
• Automate monitoring tasks using scripting tools for improved operational efficiency.
• Escalate unresolved or unknown issues to L3 SMEs and collaborate on bridges with third-party vendors.
• Maintain full process compliance by documenting analysis, actions taken, and follow-through on ticket closure and SLA adherence.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Science.
• Desirable certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware Virtualization Fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in antivirus tools, clustering, scripting automation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of network and system security.
• Effective communication, detailed documentation, and SLA tracking capabilities.
