Looking for a strong candidate who can combine the vision of marketing with the power of technology
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Braze or Bird or Adobe Campaign Manager, with a focus on Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Audience Builder
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in marketing technology tools and platforms.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Providing training and support to teams on using new technologies and platforms.
Good to Have
- Certification in Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL queries and AMPscript is preferred.
- Any experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Shopify's Liquid syntax, with custom extensions designed specifically for email marketing
