We are seeking an experienced 10+ years of
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Support / Applications Specialist to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and configuration for Oracle applications. This role partners closely with business users to resolve complex issues, enhance system functionality, and deliver a high-quality support experience in a 24x7 environment.
You will combine
technical Oracle development skills with
functional business process knowledge to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and improve overall system performance.
Core Technical Skills
- Oracle SQL / PL/SQL development
- Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and/or APEX
- Oracle Workflow, Alerts, and common Apps Technical components
- UNIX/Linux scripting (shell scripts)
- Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, maintenance, and patching
Functional Knowledge (Preferred Modules)
Experience supporting one or more of:
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Inventory
- Fixed Assets (FA)

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS application issues
- Provide direct support to end users via remote sessions or web meetings
- Replicate issues to identify root causes and implement fixes
- Configure or modify applications to resolve incidents
- Develop SQL/PLSQL scripts to analyze and correct data issues
- Design and modify reports, workflows, interfaces, and integrations
- Create and maintain BI Publisher and Discoverer reports
- Document change requests, test cases, and results
- Develop and execute test scripts for enhancements and fixes
- Advise users and junior team members on system capabilities and best practices
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or training improvements
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and documentation
- Support a 24x7 environment with occasional after-hours or weekend coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams
