The Technology function provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, investment, compliance, finance, legal, marketing and customer service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day to day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation.

• 8+ years of data engineering experience with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or senior engineering role.
• Expert‑level hands‑on experience with Snowflake for ELT, data modeling, cost optimization and performance tuning.
• Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including refactoring logic into Snowflake equivalents.
• Proven experience building ingestion pipelines using SnapLogic.
• Strong understanding of Control‑M for job orchestration and SLA management.
• Solid grounding in ETL/ELT concepts, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git‑based development workflows, and release management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills ability to interface with business teams.
• Functional knowledge of the mutual fund industry, including products, transactions, pricing, NAV, compliance, and regulatory reporting
