Job Description

Deploy live site code changes and SQL data changes in conjunction with Release Management, Change Management, and Release teams.
Identify and support global dependencies such as domain membership, trusts, DNS requirements, and external dependencies.
Rapidly learn new systems to identify solutions and prevent future service interruptions.
Independently drive complicated system-related issues to resolution across multiple services and groups with minimal supervision.
Summarize technical problems and assign cases to internal and external partners as needed.
Draft and review technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for Tier I and Tier II personnel.
