Job Location:Central - Indore

Preferred Qualifications (Full time):

M. Tech/M. Sc in Biotechnology/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology

Or

Graduate/Post Graduate in Industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology (DIFAT)

Experience Range and Knowledge:

5 to 10 years

Job Responsibilities:

Thorough Analytical and process knowledge of the Liquefaction and fermentation process (alcohol making).

Responsible for Team Handling / Client Handling and Troubleshooting activities.

Conducting product trials @ distillery plants of our clients

Performing trouble shooting activities of the fermentation process

Monitoring alcohol making process and performance of the Catalysts products

Suggesting enzyme / yeast solutions as per the process requirements

Subject matter expert (SME) on the fermentation process representing The Catalysts Group at the distillery sites of our clients

Fermentation process data reporting to technical experts of the team

Managing technical queries of the team & resolving them

Interact with R&D and provide inputs on the potential for new products and improvements in existing products functionalities

Learn and adapt to new technologies and advances in the enzyme industry

Willing to travel extensively for 15-20 days in a month (or as required)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Complete Lab and Process Knowledge in Grain based Distillery especially in Liquefaction and Fermentation area.

Must have expertise in Team Handling / Client Handling and Troubleshooting activities.

Must be good in Computer Knowledge, Microsoft Office, Verbal & Written Communication, and Presentable.
