Provide technical support for Google Cloud Platform, specializing in SAP technologies, through troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Act as a subject matter expert to resolve technical deployment issues and improve SAP-on-GCP/BMS solutions.
Collaborate with product, SRE, and engineering teams to enhance product quality and reduce support requests.
Develop best practices and playbooks based on experience with supporting cloud-based SAP solutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience in technical support, professional services, or product operations management.
4 years of experience supporting customers in Enterprise Cloud, with expertise in SAP technologies and code debugging.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure needs, and SAP-specific technologies like HANA and ABAP.
Understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, and cloud computing concepts.
