Infrastructure Specialist-Cloud Application Operations

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for cloud-based applications, middleware, DevOps environments, security systems, and infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Manage application and infrastructure resources, including auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.
• Implement and follow standard workflows for cloud operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with client requirements.
• Assist in disaster recovery (DR) planning and execute manual redundancy failovers as needed.
• Prepare and maintain integrated service management reports on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and train colleagues in procedural and technical operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations for improvements.
