Technical Solutions Engineer, Apigee

Role Responsibilities

• Manage customer problems by diagnosing, resolving, and implementing tools to increase productivity for Google Cloud Platform issues.
• Develop knowledge of product technology by troubleshooting and building tools for diagnosis.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer issues and advocate for improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience coding in a general-purpose language (Java, C, C++, Python, etc.) or in system design.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs across technical issues.
