Responsibilities
Operations & Technical Services Management
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil (MEP & civil) systems across the facility.
- Ensure smooth operation of all building systems with minimal downtime.
- Maintain visibility of maintenance schedules, inspections, and shutdown activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and technical service standards.
- Act as a hands-on leader in resolving operational and technical issues.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical services professionals.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and service delivery assessments.
- Coach team members to enhance technical and operational capabilities.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
- Act as primary point of contact for client technical service requirements.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Planning, Budgeting & Cost Management
- Manage technical services budgets and contracts effectively.
- Develop maintenance plans, inventory strategies, and resource planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational expenditure.
- Conduct audits focusing on cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and energy management.
Risk, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational compliance standards.
- Reduce workplace risks through proactive maintenance and inspections.
- Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and operational data.
- Prepare reports for management on performance, risks, and improvements.
- Use analytical insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.
