Product Knowledge - Building Material and Construction Chemical
- Training Support: Assist in conducting product trainings for dealers, influencers, and internal teams under the guidance of senior technical executives.
- Product Demonstrations: Support field-level demonstrations and application trials at project sites and dealer counters.
- Influencer Activities: Participate in CRM and loyalty programs for contractors, painters, and applicators; assist in gathering feedback and ensuring engagement
- Complaint Management: Support resolution of customer complaints by collecting site data and coordinating with the quality team.
- Product Testing: Assist in blind product testing, field performance reviews, and documentation of product feedback.
- Technical Events: Help organize technical meets, product awareness sessions, and seminars for architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor products, application techniques, and new trends in the construction chemical space.
- Reporting: Maintain basic reports and daily activity logs as per the company's technical reporting system.
- Customer Interaction: Visit project sites and customer locations to support product queries and strengthen technical credibility.
