Position: Technical Service Engineer | Analyst/Senior Analyst
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Openings: 1 (Full-Time)
Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (24/7) | 2 Weekly Offs
Role Type: Dry Lab (No wet lab work involved)
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our scientific support team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and applying scientific expertise in a fast-paced support environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related Life Sciences field.
Experience:
- 13 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting or customer/lab-facing roles is preferred.
- Exposure to Clinical Chemistry Analyzers as a Medical Technician or Field Service Engineer is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely scientific responses to customer inquiries.
- Recommend appropriate products based on technical needs and research context.
- Troubleshoot Lab Water instruments and resolve quality complaints by identifying root causes.
- Handle cross-reference requests and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Manage inbound emails, website queries, and callbacks as part of daily operations.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, upholding high customer service standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and address moderately complex issues using SOPs.
- Familiarity with tools like SFDC, Avaya, Oracle, SAP, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
