Job Description

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to embrace a culture of collaboration and support team members.
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building practices.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in BE/B Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5 + years of experience or Diploma in Electrical with 7 years of experience.
  • Contract Administration experience of 3 yrs or more required.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
