Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new SAP solutions
Develop and maintain SAP system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals
Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP applications and features
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and procedures
Support financial, accounting, and operational processes within SAP modules
