Role & responsibilities
- Accounting & Reconciliation: Handle accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger; ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Compliance: Assist with GST, TDS filings, and regulatory audits. Ensure adherence to IndAS standards.
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare balance sheets and income statements; maintain financial records.
- Expense Management: Track company and employee expenses, ensuring they align with budgets.
- Employee Support: Address employee queries regarding financial transactions and policies.
- Team Collaboration: Support daily operations, assist with special projects, and work with senior team members.
- Education: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Tally/SAP and GST/TDS compliance.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
