Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for KUKA products, focusing on simulation, technical consultancy, service, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team on customer projects and technical solutions.
  • Follow up on customer projects and provide product information, application know-how, and best practices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on customer requirements.
  • Maintain direct communication with customers in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Conduct active customer and system integrator visits across the assigned region.
  • Perform feasibility analysis and simulation support for customer projects.
  • Deliver on-site customer training on products, solutions, and services.
  • Support on-site service and maintenance activities when required.

Application Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control & Automation Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the robotics and automation industry.
  • Experience with vision systems will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with KUKA robot usage and programming is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in an additional regional language will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • High willingness to travel extensively across India
