This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their technical and sales needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include presenting technical information, conducting product demonstrations, providing post-installation support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The specialist will drive sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.

• Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and present technical concepts effectively
• Technical Support and Customer Service experience to provide end-to-end client assistance
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of optimal solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in the data center or IT infrastructure industry is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic customer requirements
