Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Specialist, located in the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, providing technical information and validation support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting sales calls, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales & Technical Support
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Technical Support acumen
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in Elisa Testing, Rapid Testing, Validation support, hands on experience.
