Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage client relationships in the printing and packaging sector
- Identify customer needs and provide ink/varnish solutions
- Conduct product trials, demos, and troubleshooting at client sites
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to meet customer-specific needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and gather customer feedback
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of offset printing, inks, coatings, and varnishes
- Good understanding of ink application and press performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
