Technical Sales Executive - B2B SaaS/Shopify Services (Hybrid - Lucknow)
Digital Heroes is seeking a Technical Sales Executive who understands web development and can sell high-value Shopify solutions to international clients.
**About Us:**

**The Role:**
You'll be the bridge between our technical team and clients, selling Shopify development services ranging from 25,000 to 5,00,000+ per project.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage inbound leads from multiple channels (Fiverr Pro, YouTube, Direct)
- Conduct technical discovery calls with potential clients
- Create detailed project proposals and quotes
- Explain technical concepts in business terms
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (10-20 lakhs)
- Build long-term client relationships
- Upsell maintenance and optimization services
- Collaborate with development team on feasibility
**Required Skills:**
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Experience with B2B sales cycles
- Ability to handle international clients (US timezone flexibility)
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
- CRM and sales pipeline management
**Technical Knowledge Required:**
- Understand Shopify themes vs custom development
- Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with ecommerce metrics (conversion, AOV, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO and site performance
- Knowledge of common Shopify apps and solutions
