Job Description

Cradlepoint is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist - Business and Operations Support Systems (BOS) to join our Global Presales Excellence Center Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and providing technical support for the Monetization Domain, focusing on Cradlepoint Mediation, Cradlepoint Charging, and Billing solutions, to achieve sales targets and business growth. You will support our Market Areas during the sales cycle for proposal preparation, ensuring the most efficient solution scope for Cradlepoint's end customers.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Providing quality responses for RFx/tenders within the given timeline.
  • Expected to create impact and bring value for customers and stakeholders with efficient solutions for Cradlepoint Mediation, Cradlepoint Charging, and Billing.
  • Build rapport with Internal (SA/CU/MA/BA) stakeholders.
  • Support in presales RFXs deliverables, i.e., Statement of Compliance (SoC), Dimensioning, HW-SW configuration in ECP/ACS, and Solution Description.
  • Engage with internal Cradlepoint BCSS teams to align the solution structure according to business strategy.
  • Solution and proposal strategy alignment and support to Customer Units (CUs).
  • Possess a good understanding of the Sales process.
  • Leading the solution offering in accordance with our internal processes, securing best-in-class methodologies, lowering OPEX spend through reuse of assets, and securing value offers by challenging and innovating.

Core Competencies:

  • Experience with any of Cradlepoint Mediation, Cradlepoint Charging, or Billing solutions.
  • Understanding of Cradlepoint BCSS SA BOS components, architecture, & functionality.
  • Knowledge of any of Cradlepoint Mediation, Cradlepoint Charging, or Billing, including its features, interfaces, and licenses.
  • Good understanding of Containerization, Virtualization, and Cloud technology.
  • Good knowledge of different access technologies: 3G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, IMS.
  • Capability to understand customer requirements and transform them into specific Networking skills.
  • Strong Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking abilities.
  • Good technical expertise in at least one solution among Cradlepoint Mediation, Cradlepoint Charging, or Billing. Knowledge of Cradlepoint-specific solutions is a plus.
  • Possesses good knowledge of the architecture evolution scenarios and the challenges and opportunities they present.
  • Insight into Market and technology evolution, including major technology trends such as: 5G/6G, API monetization eco-system, Cloud transformation journey, micro-services architecture, AI/ML, etc.
  • High agility and ability to work in an uncertain, dynamic environment.
  • Able to drive different internal organizations.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience from the Telecom industry.
  • Knowledge of the Cradlepoint Sales Process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or similar.
  • Fluent in English in oral and written communication.
