JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of construction chemicals and aquaculture chemicals. The role involves meeting builders, contractors, RMC plants, dealers, and aquaculture farms, explaining product benefits, conducting product demonstrations and site trials, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This role requires a mix of technical understanding and strong sales ability, as the candidate will be responsible for both product education and business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit builders, contractors, RMC plants, applicators, and construction chemical dealers to promote company products
Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities
Explain product performance, technical benefits, and cost advantages to customers
Conduct site demonstrations and product trials for construction chemicals
Promote and sell aquaculture chemicals to aqua farms and aquaculture businesses
Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide technical support
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
14 years experience in sales of construction chemicals, building materials, or related products
Strong communication and convincing skills
Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits
Ability to conduct technical product presentations and demos
