We are looking for a Technical Sales professional with a strong background in coatings, adhesives, polyurethane (PU), and epoxy systems.
This is a techno-commercial role involving customer interaction, application support, and business development across the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and formulation inputs
• Drive business development in coatings, adhesives, PU and epoxy systems
• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international customers
• Work closely with R&D and production teams for product alignment
• Conduct customer visits, trials, and technical discussions
• Track market trends, competition, and new opportunities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Paint Technology / Polymer / Chemical Engineering / Surface Coatings
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in coatings, adhesives, PU or epoxy systems
• Strong understanding of formulations, raw materials, and applications
• Experience in customer-facing or technical sales roles
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel as required
