Mainframe Developer - Lead
- IT technical background & mainframe programming experience (Dialogue and Batch)
- Performance optimisations
- Experience in all components of software delivery with concentration in requirements, design and development.
- Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g. Knowledge of debugging, defect analysis und defect solving)
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency
- Get the team to perform application support tasks like: systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks
Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly
- 3-4 years of experience of handling team and projects(size greater 5).
- 6 -7 years of software development experience
- Financial Services background appreciated
- COBIT / ITIL experience appreciated
- Experience of working within multi-location teams
