Technical Sales Manager

. Identify and qualify leads in sectors requiring data centre / network infrastructure (e.g., enterprises, ISPs, colocation, cloud providers, large system integrators).
. Understand customers existing infrastructure, painpoints, constraints, and business goals.
. Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders (IT, infrastructure, operations, network teams).

. Conduct technical presentations, product demos, proofofconcept (POCs) where needed.

. Handle RFPs / RFQs from technical perspective-ensure responses are accurate in specs, bill of materials, costings.
. Negotiate with customers (pricing, terms) in conjunction with sales leadership.
. Close deals and meet sales targets.

. Work with product vendors / OEMs to understand latest offerings, pricing, roadmaps.
. Coordinate with logistics, implementation, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
. Provide aftersales support / escalation if technical issues arise.
