Technical Sales Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Manager to handle sales and customer relationships.

Role overview:

• Meet and manage customers across inks, coatings, and related applications
• Drive sales of UV curing raw materials through technical and commercial discussions
• Handle enquiries, sampling, trials, follow-ups, and order closures
• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support demand planning, inventory coordination, and payment follow-ups
• Track opportunities and build a healthy long-term customer base

Strong technical understanding, commercial discipline, and comfort dealing with customer R&D/production teams is essential.

WE are looking for prior hands-on exposure to Sales in either UV curing chemistry (raw materials, formulations, or application support) or experience working in Printing/Flexible Packaging/Coatings industry. Profiles without such experience may not be entertained.

Good English vocabulary is mandatory. Basic Spoken Hindi is seen as a positive
