Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AEC, construction, infrastructure, and EPC sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for digital transformation and engineering software solutions
  • Engage with decision makers including Engineering Heads, BIM Managers, CIOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Project Directors
  • Lead client discussions from initial discovery to solution positioning
  • Support deal progression and closure with leadership and technical teams

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Understand customer workflows, engineering challenges, and operational pain points
  • Position CCTech offerings in areas such as:
  • BIM implementation
  • Engineering automation
  • Construction data platforms
  • Project dashboards and analytics
  • Site digitization and monitoring
  • Digital twin and lifecycle management
  • Enterprise system integrations
  • Clearly communicate value proposition, ROI, and operational benefits

Pre-Sales & Solution Development

  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to shape solution approaches
  • Participate in discovery workshops and technical discussions
  • Support preparation of:
  • capability presentations
  • solution proposals
  • RFP responses
  • scope documents

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers across engineering, IT, and leadership teams
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts
  • Maintain strong engagement throughout the sales cycle

Market Development

  • Track industry trends in:
  • BIM
  • Digital Construction
  • AI in construction
  • Digital twin technologies
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the construction technology ecosystem

Target Customers

This role will primarily engage with:

  • EPC companies
  • Infrastructure developers
  • Real estate developers
  • Construction contractors
  • Project management consultants
  • Industrial facility owners
  • Asset management organizations

Requirements

Sales & Business Skills
