Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AEC, construction, infrastructure, and EPC sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for digital transformation and engineering software solutions
- Engage with decision makers including Engineering Heads, BIM Managers, CIOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Project Directors
- Lead client discussions from initial discovery to solution positioning
- Support deal progression and closure with leadership and technical teams
Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand customer workflows, engineering challenges, and operational pain points
- Position CCTech offerings in areas such as:
- BIM implementation
- Engineering automation
- Construction data platforms
- Project dashboards and analytics
- Site digitization and monitoring
- Digital twin and lifecycle management
- Enterprise system integrations
- Clearly communicate value proposition, ROI, and operational benefits
Pre-Sales & Solution Development
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to shape solution approaches
- Participate in discovery workshops and technical discussions
- Support preparation of:
- capability presentations
- solution proposals
- RFP responses
- scope documents
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers across engineering, IT, and leadership teams
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts
- Maintain strong engagement throughout the sales cycle
Market Development
- Track industry trends in:
- BIM
- Digital Construction
- AI in construction
- Digital twin technologies
- Identify emerging opportunities in the construction technology ecosystem
Target Customers
