AI Enabler Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Digital Engineering Practice as AI Enablers. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about AI, GenAI tools, automation, developer productivity, and digital transformation.

The role will support engineering and business teams in identifying and applying AI-led solutions for research, documentation, prompt creation, coding assistance, testing support, and productivity improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong curiosity, learning agility, communication skills, and interest in emerging AI technologies. Exposure to software development lifecycle, digital platforms, or productivity tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support adoption of AI and GenAI tools across engineering and business teams.
• Assist in prompt creation, content generation, documentation, and research activities.
• Identify simple AI, automation, and productivity improvement use cases.
• Support development of demos, PoCs, reusable assets, and AI adoption materials.
• Help teams improve speed, quality, and efficiency using AI-led assistance.
• Contribute to knowledge assets, metrics, playbooks, quick guides, and learning content.
• Stay updated on AI tools, trends, and digital engineering opportunities.

Must Have

• Exposure to ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, prompt engineering, and digital engineering.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and digital tools.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering, programming, testing, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code or collaboration platforms.
• Internship, academic project, or certification in AI, GenAI, or automation.
• Awareness of Agentic AI, RAG, or MCP concepts.
