Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven and technically skilled Technical Salesperson with proven experience in selling global connectivity, internet, and voice services. This role requires a strong understanding of international telecom networks, voice infrastructure, global carriers, and industry terminology, along with the ability to independently drive revenue in a startup environment.
You will work directly with founders/leadership, own the sales pipeline end-to-end, and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Identify and acquire global customers including enterprises, ISPs, and channel partners
- Understand customer requirements and propose full connectivity solutions (internet + voice + network services)
- Sell and position:
- Internet & Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)
- MPLS, VPN, leased lines
- Voice services (VoIP, SIP Trunking, international voice solutions)
- Conduct technical consultations, demos, and solution presentations
- Work with global carriers and voice providers to design and deliver solutions
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and network teams
- Build and manage a strong global sales pipeline independently
- Develop partnerships and channels across international markets
- Continuously gather market feedback to refine product and pricing strategies
- Represent the company in virtual global meetings across time zones
What We're Looking For- 2–6 years of experience in selling global connectivity, internet, and voice services
- Strong understanding of:
- Global telecom networks & carriers
- Voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, PSTN interconnects)
- International bandwidth and last-mile connectivity
- Proven ability to close deals independently in international markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills with global clients
- Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
Bonus / Nice to Have- Experience selling in UK, US, Middle East, or other global markets
- Existing network of enterprise or ISP clients globally
- Familiarity with Tier 1 / Tier 2 carriers and global voice providers
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
