ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Manager / Sales Engineers, primarily based in SALES (COIMBATORE - 1, CHENNAI/KANCHIPURAM - 1, HOSUR - 1 & COCHIN -1) & SERVICE (COIMBATORE - 1) with some remote work flexibility. The responsibilities includes - Taking Ownership for the assigned targets & set goals, Complete accountability for the assigned products & segments groups, Bringing in New Key Accounts & OEM's, Generating Revenues exceeding targets, Managing technical sales operations, Nurturing client relationships, Offering technical support, Identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer support, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-7 Yrs Proven expertise in Technical B2B Sales and Sales to meet or exceed set targets in Tamilnadu & Kerala.
  • Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Experience in providing effective Technical Support and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of engineering concepts related to Vacuum Pumps & Systems, ETP/STP/WTP/RO Pumps & Systems, Heat Exchangers and Sustainability solutions is an asset
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required, with the flexibility to manage hybrid work arrangements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Diploma Preferred. An MBA in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
