Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Representative to join our sales department. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of electronics, particularly electronic circuits, and have a successful track record in sales within industries where our semiconductor components play a vital role.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of electronics and electronic circuits.
  • Provide technical insights to clients regarding the specifications and applications of our semiconductor components.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries including but not limited to:

Renewable Energy: Solar inverters, wind power systems.

Industrial Automation: Control systems, robotics, manufacturing equipment.

Power Electronics: Power supplies, converters, inverters.

Automotive: Automotive control units, electric vehicles, infotainment systems.

Defense: Military-grade electronics, communication systems, radar systems.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of industries where our components are extensively used.
  • Stay abreast of customers industries trends and advancements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the technical superiority of our semiconductor components.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to address client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales within industries like automotive, defense, space, renewable energy, industrial automation, or power electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of discrete semiconductor components and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to clients effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can work seamlessly with technical teams and across departments.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
