Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for Technical Sales Interns. The interns will report to Head - Surfactant Biz & assist him in identifying potential clients, presenting product offerings, and promoting sales in the Oleo chemicals and specialty chemicals domain. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, and learning the technical aspects of the products to effectively address client inquiries. Interns will also collaborate with the sales and consultancy teams to align technical solutions with client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales processes
  • Effective Communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Technical Support knowledge to resolve client queries efficiently
  • Customer Service orientation to ensure positive customer experiences and retention
  • Enthusiastic learner with the ability to understand technical product specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is advantageous
  • Understanding of global sourcing or international trade is a plus
