Technical Sales Intern

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Intern to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time on-site role where the intern will assist in promoting technical products, supporting sales initiatives, addressing customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while learning the fundamentals of technical sales and support.

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales concepts, with a strong willingness to drive product promotion and business development
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure their needs are met
• Basic understanding of Technical Support to assist in addressing client inquiries and technical challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a fast-paced team environment
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
