Job Title: Technical Sales Executive - SOUTH INDIA

Salary: 25,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience and performance) + Incentives

Location: Ahmedabad , Gujarat, India.

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or related field
  • Fluency in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Executive to drive business growth across South India. The ideal candidate must have experience in the plastic industry and the ability to understand technical requirements and offer customized solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of plastic processing machinery across South India
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Coordinate with internal technical and production teams

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales
  • Experience in plastic industry is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of plastic processing (Raffia, Multilayer, Blown Film, Recycling, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India

Preferred Skills:

  • Background from CIPET or plastic machinery industry is a strong advantage
  • Experience in B2B industrial sales
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and machinery specifications
  • Strong client handling and problem-solving skills
