About the Role:We are seeking a proactive, technically sound, and target-driven Technical Sales Executiveto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing client relationships, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets through consultative and solution-based selling of technical products.
Key Responsibilities:lIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
lDevelop and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
lUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
lConduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations as required.
lManage the complete sales cycle from enquiry handling and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
lPrepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports, MIS, and CRM updates.
lAchieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
lCoordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and accounts for pricing, delivery schedules, and customer support.
lProvide basic technical support and after-sales assistance to clients when required.
lMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
lTravel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:lBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related technical field preferred).
l210+years of proven experience in sales; prior experience in technical, industrial, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
lStrong understanding of industrial/technical products and their applications.
lExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
lExperience working with CRM systems and sales funnel tools is preferred.
lSelf-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
lWillingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
