Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Technical Sales Executive. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective clients, presenting and demonstrating telecom and networking solutions, and tailoring offerings to meet customer needs. The role also includes negotiating deals, preparing detailed sales proposals, managing client relationships, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships. Collaboration with technical teams to address client challenges and participation in trade shows or product exhibitions may also be required.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication Skills: Expertise in technical sales, client relationship management, deal negotiation, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of telecom and networking products, including fiber optic solutions, splicing machines, and other relevant tools.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability in market research, lead generation, and the development of sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Customer Support: Proficiency in providing exceptional after-sales service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction.
  • Other Qualifications: Ability to multitask, work collaboratively in teams, and proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience in the telecom industry or knowledge of international certification standards
