About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Associate who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements. The role will involve business development, customer engagement, solution selling, and coordination with technology and project teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding technical products and translating them into practical business solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
• Drive sales of EV charging infrastructure, energy solutions, products and services
• Manage leads, customer meetings, follow-ups and sales pipeline
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals and technical presentations
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers
• Coordinate with technology partners, vendors and internal technical teams
• Support site visits, customer assessments and solution discussions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track market developments, competitors and new business opportunities
• Support business development and market expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, EV, energy, electrical products, industrial products, or cleantech
• Master's in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of technical products and ability to explain them to customers
• Ability to understand technical specifications, BOQs, and product datasheets
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits when required
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary: Starting at ₹30,000/month, with the final compensation depending on experience, skills, and fit.
