Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing account activities, and driving sales growth. The role includes conducting market research, developing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Explain product details and respond to customer inquiries. 
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth operations. 
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers. 
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM data.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through leads and inquiries.
