Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive - Field, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for AppsTech's range of IT infrastructure and managed services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering technical product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Technical Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Regular travel within the designated territory is required to meet clients and provide on-ground technical consultancy.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Networking: Strong skills in identifying leads, building relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Technical acumen: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking solutions, data centers, and managed IT services.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to confidently explain technical solutions to clients.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to understand client-specific needs and ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
  • Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Strong analytical, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and close deals effectively.
  • Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently in a field-based role.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred. Experience in technical sales and familiarity with the IT product ecosystem will be an advantage.
