Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Executive. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing technical guidance to customers, and conducting product presentations. The role also involves collaborating with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any technical concerns. Regular market research and competitor analysis will also be part of day-to-day tasks to support sales objectives and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales management and communication skills to effectively present and sell technical products
  • Ability to perform market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Technical knowledge in coatings, paint systems, or related industries
  • Proficiency in building long-term client relationships and managing customer accounts
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical solutions and support to clients
  • Strong team collaboration and customer-first mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in technical sales in coatings industry is an advantage
