Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive for our New Delhi / Mumbai office. Requirementnis for speciality Masterbatch and TIO2 products. This role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise to clients regarding our product line. You will present technical solutions that meet client needs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry developments and market trends to identify potential growth areas.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes with skills in prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain plastics and polymer products, processes, and solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence in delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and deliver tailored strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing client accounts, devising sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of the automotive, construction, or similar industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi with occasional travel as required.

Expierence :

Masterbatch and TIO2 industry is preferred
