About the RoleWe are looking for aTechnical Sales Engineerto strengthen ourB2B lead generation and inside salesfunction. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and coordinating high-quality leads for industrial and engineering products through research, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate high-qualityB2B leadsthrough:
- Online research
- LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Technical directories and industry-specific platforms
- Conductcold callsto potential customers to:
- Introduce company products and services
- Understand customer technical requirements
- Qualify leads as per defined criteria
- Read and understandbasic technical / engineering drawingsto identify relevant applications
- Maintain and update astructured lead databaseusing Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- Coordinate qualified leads with theSales / Business Development team
- Supportemail campaigns, follow-ups, and proposal coordination
- Conductmarket researchto identify new industries, applications, and customer segments
- Track and reportdaily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metricsaccurately
Qualifications & Skills- Diploma or Graduate inEngineering(Mechanical preferred) or any technical stream
- Ability to read and understandtechnical / engineering drawings(preferred)
- 12 years of experiencein B2B technical lead generation or inside sales
- Familiarity withLinkedIn Sales Navigatorand market research tools
- Exposure toindustrial / engineering productsis an added advantage
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with working hours when required
